About Our Online Banking System Update 

 

Q: What’s happening with Online Banking?

We’re upgrading our Online Banking system to offer more robust solutions and to better serve you going forward.

 

Q: Why are you making this change?

This upgrade offers you more advanced Online Banking features with your accounts, including:

  • Transfer money to and from your external accounts at other institutions
  • Send money to friends and family
  • Consumer and Business Bill Pay
  • ACH and Wire Transfers 
  • Savings and Sweep Tools and more 

Q: Will there be any downtime?

There will be a short period of downtime. Online Banking will be view only between Friday, 12/12 and Monday 12/15. Please plan to complete any transactions before then.

Q: Do I need to re-enroll?

Yes! You need to re-enroll in the new Online Banking system and create a new username and password.The old Online Banking system will not be available moving forward.

 

Q: How do I re-enroll?

1. Click on the Login/Enroll button in the upper right hand corner of our website, which will take you to our new Online Banking page. 

If desired, you can also bookmark the link below to go directly to your new secure Online Banking portal.

2. Create a new Online Banking user name and password when enrolling. You're welcome to set the same username and password you used before (as long as someone else hasn't selected your desired username).
You will be prompted to reset your password, accept updated disclosures and select eStatements
3. You're all set to use your accounts online!
 

Q: What if I need login help?

After you've enrolled in the new system, you can click on Need Login Help? on the new Online banking login page. You can recover a password or username from there.

Q: Will my account number or routing number change?

  • Your account and routing numbers will stay the same.  
 

Q: Is my Debit Card impacted by this change?

Your debit card functionality will remain the same. However, this upgrade will allow us to offer you even more card benefits in the future, like enhanced card protection through CardHub.
