We’re pleased to announce we have transitioning to a new Vista National Bank & Trust Online Banking system.

Q: What's happening with Online Banking?

We've upgraded our Online Banking system to offer more robust solutions that better meet your banking needs.


Q: Why are you making this change?

The new system is more comprehensive, efficient and intuitive. This upgrade will offer you more advanced Online Banking features:

  • Link your external accounts.
  • Transfer money to and from your external accounts at other institutions.
  • Send money to friends and family.
  • ACH transfers directly from Online Banking. Wire Transfers coming soon!
  • Consumer and Business Bill Pay.
  • Savings and Sweep Tools.
Some of these features will be available right away, while others will continue to roll out during 2026.


Q: Do I need to re-enroll?

Yes! You need to Enroll in the new Online Banking system and create a new username and password. The old Online Banking system will not be available going forward.

There is also a New Mobile App available! Please visit the Mobile App page of our website to learn more about download instructions. Your login information will be the same as the new username and password you created in Online Banking.

 
Q: How do I re-enroll?
 
  • Step 1: Click on Login/Enroll on the homepage at www.myvista.bank
  • Step 2: Click Enroll and create your new Online Banking login credentials using your account number, SSN and DOB. Read and accept new Terms & Conditions and Electronic Agreement, and select eStatements.
    • The new system requires a new username and password. You’re welcome to reuse your previous credentials if they meet the requirements. 
    • Please retain your old Online Banking login credentials, which you'll continue to use in the existing Mobile App.
    • A new Mobile App will launch in January, too, and you’ll use the new Online Banking credentials you've created to log in to the new Mobile App.

Q: What if I need login help?

After you've enrolled in the new system, you can click on Need Login Help? on the new Online Banking login page. You can recover a password or username from there.

Q: Will my account number or routing number change?

Your account and routing numbers will stay the same.  

 

Q: Is my Debit Card impacted by this change?

Your debit card functionality will remain the same. However, this upgrade will allow us to offer you even more card benefits in the future, like enhanced card protection through CardHub.
